Hi,
I receioved the instructions on how to upgrade the software to version 4.1, which I have managed fine. Instruction 3 was to run the upgrade script but I got an error saying it needed a MySQL or MsSQL database.
When I try running index.php I get a "not configured" message which is fine. When I run mailadm.php I get this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function setGlobalError() in C:\server\www\ticketyboos\public_html\mailbee\web\common\cla ss_xmldocument.php on line 247
I am following the install guide to the letter and this error happens at step 7.
Thanks

It looks like you replaced inc_settings_path.php file in the WebMail Pro root folder with new one from the latest WebMail Pro release.
Please open "inc_settings_path.php" file and change "$dataPath" variable value to the correct path pointing to your WebMail Pro data folder.
Please let us know if this helps.
Regards,
Alex

Hi Alex,
Thanks for that - it has got rid of that problem but thrown up another!
I now can log into mailadm.php and save all the usual settings. When I try index.php to log into an account I created on the hMailServer side (which I am using to create the user accounts), I get the error "Cannot create account".
I checked the data folder, it is accessible from the web and can be read from and written to.

Could you please provide us with the following data:
- URL pointing to your WebMail Pro installation
- a test account on your mail server you're trying to create in WebMail and which causes the error
- password to WebMail Admin Console (mailadm)
So we would be able to reproduce and investigate the issue directly.
If for some reason it's not possible to provide us with the above info, please enable logging in WebMail Admin Console / Debug Settings / Enable logging, reproduce the error and provide us with the log file for examination via Request Support Form.
Best regards,
Andrew

Thank you for the account information you provided! Our investigation indicated that you didn't create WebMail Pro tables.
Also "Allow automatic registration of new users on first login" checkbox in your WebMail Pro Administrative Panel (mailadm.php) was disabled.
We've fixed both the issues. Let us know how it works for you now.
Best regards,
Andrew
