I purchased webmail pro 4.1 and successfully installed it on my development workstation using VS Studio 2005 sp1. After configuring the database and adding a user account I pointed that user account to my existing mailserver specifying the IMAP protocol. When I run the app and after I login, my IMAP folders load correctly in the folder tree section but when I click on any of the folders, nothing loads in the messages list to the right. It reads "the folder is empty" regardless of which folder I click on. I experienced the same results when running your demo app online. Why aren't the contents of the folders appearing?

Thanks.

Which sync mode is set for those folders? By default all folders (exclude Inbox) have "Don't synchronize" mode set that means messages in this folder won't be downloaded from the IMAP server.

Try to change sync mode to "Headers Only" or "Entire Messages". You can do this in "Manage Folders" (at the bottom of the folders list) in your account properties.

Best regards,
Andrew

Andrew,
I don't see the items in the inbox either. I sent support the information they requested regarding access to my server.

Thank you for the access to your server you provided. We've fixed the issue. Please let us know if this works as expected.

Best regards,
Andrew
