i own papertrailinvites.com and i am trying to install mailbee.
the path i am trying to use is:
http://papertrailinvites.com/webmail/
but when you navaget to that page i am getting a error that something is wrong with my web.config file.
but it seems to be reading the web.config file in the root of the website and not the web config in the mailbee folder?

The web folder in IIS configuration must be an application folder. Please create a new virtual directory (New -> Virtual Directory) and deploy WebMail into that folder or create an application for the existing folder (folder properties -> Directory -> Application Settings -> Create).
Best regards,
Andrew

The web folder in IIS configuration must be an application folder.
Where is IIS? I have the web folder in the Default Web Site in IIS!!!!
Please create a new virtual directory (New -> Virtual Directory) and deploy WebMail into that folder!!!
Where do i create this? I already have one in Default Web Site! Are you saying to create a Virtual Directory in the papertrailinvites.com section!!!
Create an application for the existing folder (folder properties -> Directory -> Application Settings -> Create).
Do you mean to create a ApplicationPool? Please explain the more!
Thank You!

We've just navigated to http://papertrailinvites.com/mail and got HTTP/404 error. This means the product is already removed from that location.
This article should be helpful for you.
Best regards,
Andrew

Perhaps, you mean http://papertrailinvites.com/mail and http://66.135.38.110/mail are the same location, but it's hard to say they're the same because this depends on IIS configuration.
Best regards,
Andrew

Although we've never seen this error, googling showed this error happens sometimes with ASP.NET applications and it's related to IIS configuration. Please let us know if this solution helps.

Alex

As we do not have full access to your server to play around and we never experienced this error, I can only admit it's caused by issues of IIS configuration (another installation of MailBee WebMail on the same server works). If you would like us to configure your server for proper functioning, please contact us via Request Support Form for details.
Regards,
Alex
