Support,
We have installed Webmail 4.1 .net version. For some of the users the number of mails shown in the WebMail inbox and the actual number of mails does not match. Eg. Though there are 10 mails in inbox, which is correctly shown in the footer "10 Messages in the folder". The inbox shows only 2 mails.
How do we refresh it. Is there any temp folder we can delete. We deleted user from admin section and registered it again. But it did not help.

Do you mean the number displayed at right of the folder in brackets or actual number of visible messages in the folder?
What is the type of used accounts (POP3 or IMAP)? Which sync mode is set for the Inbox folder of those users?
