Do you mean charset in WebMail Admin Console (mailadm) or in your web browser settings?
Could you please let us know the exact name and version of the web browser you use?
Do you use AJAX or classic HTML version of WebMail Lite PHP user interface?
Are you able to reproduce the issue on MailBee WebMail Lite PHP live demo?
Best regards,
Andrew

1. Charset in the Admin Console
2. I use Win FF 2.0.0.10, but the same thing happens with IE 6 (under Linux too)
3. Ajax version, but now I try without it and get message:
Notice: iconv(): Wrong charset, cannot convert from `us-ascii' to `windows-1250' in blabla/login.php on line 142
4. The demo site works fine (but the text "probaőú" modified to "probaőú" in subject and body of email ) - Central European chars

We couldn't reproduce the issue on our WebMail Lite PHP installations. Looks like the issue is caused by the version of iconv installed on your server. To let us investigate the issue, could you please provide us with URL pointing to your WebMail Lite installation, a test account on your mail server and FTP access with write permission to the installation? Please use Request Support Form for this purpose.
Best regards,
Andrew

Hi,
The updated iconv() function solves the problem, now everything works fine.
Thank you for the help, nice program.
