Please answer the following:
-Are we able to remove all tags associating our product with AfterLogic (PoweredBy, CopyRight...)?
-My understanding is that purchase of Developer's version allows for unlimited users (including no limitations of any kind)? Please confirm.
-My understanding is that purchased material for WebMail developers version comes as web forms code (code can be altered) and MailBee components (DLLs, code not available). Please confirm.
-What is the form code comes in (VS project, separate form files and DLLs...)?
-What is the version of VS (2003, 2005, SPs...) code comes in (if comming as a project)?
-Are web forms made in VB.NET (please say YES)?
-Is developer's version of WebMail comming with unlimited distribution rights for MailBee.Net objects?
-We intent to include Webmail as a part of CMS software ("Frame" in Master Page). Do you see any technical problems in that?
Looking forward for your answers.
Regards,
Alex

Correct.

No limitation on user number since it's not allowed to use the product as a service in the case of Developer license. You can only include it into another (larger) product to be sold to third parties. The larger product you sell to third parties may use any licensing model you want.

VS 2003 project, VS 2005 SP1 version available upon request.

C#. VB.NET is not planned.

It's possible. Pretty straightforward if WebMail Pro is integrated without significant modification of UI. Not so easy if you wish to change the layout so that WebMail Pro screens get integrated directly into other screens. This is natural issue of AJAX application due to very complex approach of building UI. However, WebMail Pro comes with static version as well which has the same features and is activated automatically when XML objects are not available on the client. UI of static version is very easy to modify (which is common for classic web apps).

A Question from here about this..
If you then purchase of Developer's version, and include it in a project... Then have you ultimate users, and license?

And when you have build it in, then you can use it your self?

Regards,
Jeppe

Although Developer license allows you to redistribute the product as a part of your own application, it doesn't allow you to install the product on server(s) owned or operated by you or your company to provide users with a webmail service. If you need to redistribute the product, you should choose a Developer license. If you need to provide users with a webmail service, you should choose a Computer license.

Best regards,
Andrew
