I currently use Socketmail for my webmail service, and due to lack of support I am looking for a new system. As I am looking in to different scripts I need to check some things first.

The license agreement isn't very clear appart from the fact that it can only be installed on a single server and you can have 100 users unless you pay extra. How long does the license run for 1yr, forever? what support / SLA is provided? etc

I need a user sign-up page so users can create their own accounts, does it have this functionality? can it be intergrated with VBulletin so the when a user signs-up on the forum it creates an email account for them as well? Can you have a remote login?

Thanks

Guy

All the available licenses for WebMail Pro are life-time, also we guarantee free updates for WebMail Pro v.4.X. We provide free 24/7 support for all our products. Formal SLA is not provided.

That described in this topic of MailBee FAQ.

Best regards,
Andrew
