Is there any way where we can hide the Email accounts properties of default account.

I dont want the user to delete or modify his default settings, but should be able to work with filter's, signature and mangage folders.

But the user should be able to add new accounts and for the new account the user would be able to modify the properties, filters, signature and manage folders.
