We recently moved to a new server, and after the move, some accounts will not download new messages.
Here is the log file for someone connecting with 20 messages:
12:19:30 [MailBee POP3 v. 5.4.0.68. Registered version]
12:19:30 [Connecting to server smtp.tpi.ca at port 110]
12:19:30 [Using regular POP3 authentication]
12:19:30 [Sending UserName]
12:19:30 [Sending Password]
12:19:30 [Connected to the server, getting stat]
12:19:30 [Got stat, 20 message(s) available. Total size is 3262467 bytes]
12:19:30 [Getting list]
12:19:30 [Got list]
12:19:30 [Sending UIDL]
12:19:30 [UID List ready]
12:19:30 [UID Array ready]
12:19:31 [Disconnecting from the server]
12:19:31 [Connection closed]
I'm thinking the UIDL is thinking that they have already been downloaded, but they haven't. Is there a way to clear the list in the database so that it thinks they haven't been downloaded?
Thanks,
Cary.

To clear UID list from WebMail Pro database and make all the mail on the mail server be considered new mail, execute the following SQL statement:

Yes, it's safe.
Still, we recommend to backup the database and the contents of DATA folder prior to performing any action which affects the database.
