Hi,
unfortunatly i wasn't able to reproduce the error on my email account but it sometimes appens to my customers:
When they try to reply a message the reply (also the forward one) form appears totally unfilled as if they create a new message.
I saw that this appens when i try to reply an email but not to another one.
Anyone solved this before ?
Bye
Simone

Hi,
continuing testing i discover that the problem appens when the message i reply is the last of the list. Is it in the two times i had the problem.
I forgot to say that i'm using :
MailBee WebMail Pro Version 3.4.36
IE7 and Mozilla FireFox 2.0.0.4
Bye

Please try to reproduce the issue with the latest version of WebMail Pro. We've sent a message to your e-mail address with additional information.
Best regards,
Andrew

Hi,
unfortunatly i cannot update the version of the webmail cause i did a lot of modification to it (changes should not affect the reply function).
If u solved the issue before and u have a fix it would be great.
Thanks
Bye

You can use our online demo to check if the bug can be reproduced there. If you would like to log in your existing mailbox, use Advanced Login option.
