I cannot understand why my mailbee webmail does not delete the emails from server but only from webmail DB.
MY account settings at the moment are:
- Leave messages on server > on
- Delete message from server when it is removed from Trash > on
- Direct mode > on
- Save messages headers > On
- Allow direct mode > ON
the other settings are off.
When i delete an email it say: "Your message will be definitively deleted, are you sure?"
But either if I'm sure it does not delete the email on the server, but only on the webmail database.
Could you please help me?
Simone

We couldn't reproduce issue you described.
Which type of mail-server do you use?
If you use a gmail.com account, it's normal behavior, gmail keeps your messages after fetching (i.e. ignores delete command).
If you use own mail-server, could you please provide us with a test-account on this server where this issue can be reproduced (please let us know if we may delete messages in this account)?
Please use our Request Support Form for this purpose.
Best regards,
Oleg.
