I'm receive message.
"From:"-header looks as:

=?KOI8-R?Q?=CB=CF-=F0=CF=CC=D1=CE=D3=CB=C9=CA_=EB=EB=EF=22?=
<user@some.domain>

When I try to Reply this message, I see empty field "To" in the form and " />" behind the left border of a field.
When I press "Send" button - I'm receive "You cannot leave To: field blank".
Bug or Feature?... :)

REPLY function incorrectly processes the FROM-headers containing " (and may be other special symbols).
