Hello,
I am setting up webmail on a remote host. I don't have the ability to create a folder that cannot be accessed from the web. I created the folder "webmail_data" with this address "http://s00000000.onlinehome.us/webmail_data"
I changed "settings_path.php" to 'http://s00000000.onlinehome.us/webmail_data/'
Permissions are
folders = 755
files = 644.
When I try to enter the admin area I get
"Error(s) detected
Path to the data folder is incorrect. WebMail cannot run. Check "settings_path.php" file.
any help would be very appreciated

"http://s00000000.onlinehome.us/webmail_data/" is URL, it's not a filesystem path! An example of filesystem path (from WebMail PHP installation instructions for Unix/Linux) is: "/var/webmail_data/", for Windows: "C:/WebMail/data/".
Regards,
Alex
