Unless I have missed a key feature somewhere down the line, is it not possible to move emails from the inbox to another folder within webmail?

Moving messages between folders will not work for POP3 account in direct mode because it's impossible to move a message to Inbox folder which on POP3 server.

If you use IMAP account or POP3 in non-direct mode, please provide us with such account on your mail server, thus, we would be able to reproduce and investigate the issue. You can send this information to support@afterlogic.com
