Hi everyone,
I am attempting an update from version 8.5.2. All indicators are green on the installation page (http://.../adminpanel?install) but when I click on next, I get a blank page. The source code indicates this:

There are no files in the /data/logs folder.
Any ideas?

I forgot to mention that the script is installed on a Windows Server 2019.

Hello,

So I understand this actually is a blank install rather than upgrade, correct?

A blank page usually indicates that some kind of PHP error has occurred, I'd recommend to check PHP/webserver error logs and see if those may shed some light onto what's causing the issue.

Hello,
yes, it's a blank install on another folder and another subdomain, the previous version is still running hopefully.

There is nothing in the php error log :(
