Is it possible to hide or deactivate the compatibility check /?install for the world? You should not give out any informations to hackers "for free" ;)

In fact, that page is designed to reveal no actual server info, other than it runs PHP with a few extensions. But yes, it's possible to disable that page by clearing modules/CoreWebclient/templates/Compatibility.html file and purging data/cache/ directory content to apply changes.

Thanks for your reply. If everything is working I agree. But if there are errors there will be displayed some paths and filenames - and that is not good... Your solution works. Another - possibly more flexible - solution is to change two lines in modules/CoreWebClient/Module.php (#36 and #260) and replace the string install with a "magic hidden word' only known by you. So you can access the page and because of nobody knows your magic word nobody else can :) Maybe in a further release there is a setting to disable it - but your and my solution do the job great.
