hi
something is wrong or missing in css style file because the message panel with attachements in RTL direction seems not show the content of the not well
you can see that in the picture attached here where the red arrow pointing the problem

We can't see the images attached, can you please upload them somewhere and post links? Also, please confirm you're on the latest 8.3.9 version.
