Hmm, I wasn't able to reproduce the issue in Chrome, have installed the latest Brave and couldn't reproduce it there either. Is that a fresh install of the browser or an upgrade? In case of upgrade, there's a chance that clearing web browser cache could help.
Were you able to reproduce that in any other browser? Does resizing window or changing interface language affect the behavior in any way?

Hello Igor
This was upgraded browser, but it seems to be related hardware acceleration.
The machine that shows garbage text is Lenovo carbon gen10 running linux, but if hardware acceleration is switched off, then everything is OK.
But gen8 machine, also running linux with upgraded browser to same version and hardware acceleration switched on, works OK.
