So I have got everything setup now and I have added users but can not login. I have checked over and over again to make sure that my username, passwords and mail settings are all correct. I can log in to superadmin but that is it. Does it matter that my installation is on a subdomain? And if so, is there anything I can do to get around this?

Thanks for replying back to me. I did not make a ticket and feel like a fool. I made a typo in my mail server info. Not sure how I missed it. But wanted to double check everything before wasting your time going in and working on it if I could.
