New Install , working well apart from two issues.

I am generating errors when trying to create Contacts , it reports Data transfer failed, Helpdesk has suggested that I have a PHP configuration problem but i just wondered if any one else had experienced such an issue if so what was the solution.

Another problem is that i cannot get the web page to display on a mobile device, again anyone had that?

Just in case if it may help, we've released 8.3.2 update which fixes a number of issues, so if you're running one of the previous ones, the upgrade is recommended.
