Hi everybody,
I'm trying AfterLogic Aurora, testing the features that make it a group-ware, such as Global Contacts.
Possibly I didn't understand how to configure or use it, but it seems t doesn't work.
In AdminPanel, in Domains->Default domain settings, I set up "system wide" Global Address Book, then I logged in one mail account and added a Global Group.
After this I added an account to this group.
The I logged out and logged in againa as a different mail accoutn, but I nor can't see the global entries and have the available with autocompletion.
Is there anything else I should do or configure?
Are my expectations false?

It looks like Global Address Book currently works with the accounts added under specific domains only. Developers will check if it's possible to have it for non-domain users too. For now, we recommend to add domain(s) you need in AdminPanel.

Hi,
thank you. It works!
I've followed your instructions and added a "named" domain (obviously with my mail domain name) and I was able to see some Global Contacts.
Now the point is: I didn't added those addressess, so I can I govern the process? I mean how can I add/edit/delete those addresses?
Are they written in the database or elsewhere?
In the first case: is there any documentation on database tables and fields?
Thank you very much in advance for the answer

Global address book simply contains a list of Aurora users, it's basically the same list you have in AdminPanel for the domain, there's no way to remove someone from that address book, as it's added there when the account itself is created.

Currently, we don't offer database-level documentation, but it might become available in the future.

Sorry, I was incorrect: when editing user via AdminPanel, you can tick "Exclude this user from Global Address Book" option there.
