I don't know what does mean login and password, where it's stored and how new login and password is created.

To log into WebMail, you need to supply email address and password of existing email account. It is assumed that in AdminPanel, you have supplied IMAP and SMTP server details. By default it's configured for email server running on the same server where WebMail is installed.
