That information doesn't really allow for any troubleshooting. At a guess, I would suggest to recheck that data directory and files and subdirectories under it are set writable by web server. Try setting 0777 permissions over data directory recursively and see if that helps.

Can't really say, as that problem is external to our product. I'd recommend to try modifying error reporting configuration for both webserver and PHP.

and another question is for afterlogic pro you ave server base license and user base license
if we purchase 100 user we can have 100 email accounts totally ? or every domain can create account up to 100 accounts?
and what is the main difference between lite and pro version?

100 users license means up to 100 users are able to log into their email accounts with the WebMail Pro installation. Each of the users, however, is able to add any number of accounts to their primary account, and switch between them with a drop-down tool.

This page should answer it. Guaranteed free support is available for the Pro only.

so your mean is if i purchase 100 users or 5 users license and install it on my shared hosting server only 5 or 100 users can login to webmail pro at same even if i have 500 domains and every domain have at least 10 email account right?
your license based system is based on concurent login to webmail pro ?
means 5 user can login 5 email account to webmail pro at same time right?

Number of domains doesn't make any difference for WebMail Pro licensing. Only total number of email accounts does.
And no, it's not about concurrent login sessions - it's about total number of accounts people used to log into WebMail Pro. There's user counter in there, and once new user logs in, their account is registered in WebMail Pro database, and the counter is increased by one. If the counter is on maximum value already, new users will not be able to sign in.
