Hi,

I want to know if it is posible to block a user address so always it goes to spam.

Now I only move them to spam but I want the extra step to block the user.

That's something you would need to adjust on mailserver level, WebMail operates via IMAP and SMTP which don't support that kind of functionality.

One of the possible solutions here is to activate Sieve functionality in WebMail, assuming the mailserver support it and ManageSieve service runs there. That would allow for adding a filter so mails from specific address is automatically deleted. Detailed info can be found here.
