I downloaded Webmail lite because I wanted a email host that works like gmail. I was wondering, how do I set it up on 000webhost because I don't want to use a home server.

That's not really what WebMail is for, it's only a email client. It is assumed you have a mailserver which hosts email accounts you'll be accessing with your WebMail installation. While it's possible to use WebMail with free email services such as GMail, its primary purpose is to provide access to email account hosted by your own mail server.

Not really familiar with that particular host but in general case, you upload content of ZIP archive to your host and then run the installation wizard using URL like http://yourdomain.com/webmail/install/
