I have installed Webmail Lite in my domain
But after installation there is no mailbox, no address-book, no contact option. I tried couple of times. Please help me in this

Not sure if I understand the problem. The screenshot reflects AdminPanel screen, but were you actually able to log into WebMail interface itself? Are you getting any errors?
In default domain settings, you're supposed to supply IMAP and SMTP information of mail server you intend to use; if the mailserver and webmail run on the same box, you won't have to change those. Once the valid server details are specified, you should be able to log into your account(s) from main page of WebMail.
