Although the e-mail is delivered properly and a copy of the sent message is stored properly in the sent folder, recently I'm receiving error "An error occured during sending the message" when click the send button in order to send a new e-mail message. Thus, any reply to e-mail message isn't marked as replied.

The admin panel error logs view message something like,

[06:15:17.79] DB ERROR < MySQL server has gone away

Any idea what could be the possible reason of such error message and what's resolution?
