After some time they use the application, problems began to arise because the emails that came out from our asu IP destination reached and the reason was that our IP was banned, leendo a bit, talking about the authentication SMTP, could please help me with this.

I don't think there's any way for us to help you here, there's not even a way to tell that this has something to do with our product. IP addresses may get banned for spam, and if your mails get rejected due to anything like this, the bounce mail usually contains a reference to specific blacklist used, and URL for sending a request for removal from that list.
