I've just set up a test account with "@" character in the password (actually, the password was a full match of email address), and I was able to log in just fine. Thus, WebMail itself doesn't seem to have any issues with that character within a password, maybe mail server isn't accepting that for some reason. To find out what's causing the issue, enable logging in AdminPanel, reproduce the issue and check the log file.

Hi,
Thanks
The strange thing is this is happening for some users not ALL!!!. Right now I downgrade to 6.6.0 and I realize the same problem!. Mail server doesn't have any problem because at the same time the same user from another station can logged in with that password!.
If I change my password e.g. from "pass123@9" to "pass123#9" everything is OK.

But can you please confirm there's actually nothing on this in debug logs of WebMail? This is pretty much the only way of getting troubleshooting information we could use to assist you.
