Hi,
I have installed WebEmail Lite 7.0.2. Few users complain that they can not login to webmail. They receive "The username or password you entered is incorrect" error message!!!. The strange thing is that same users tell me they can successfully login to webmail with the same username and password BUT from different location (Different physical location)!!!. I checked the log files and I don't have any records regarding this issue? Any Idea????

Are you saying that log files of WebMail do not reflect any errors at all? Are you able to replicate the problem with any of the users' accounts? We can't really assist without troubleshooting information I'm afraid.
