I want to run in this environment, what can you？

Centos + Nginx + Mysql + Php

Centos 5.3 32bit

Nginx 1.4.1

Mysql server 5.6

PHP 5.4.16

Yes, nginx is supported indeed. I believe it should be mentioned in system requirements as a compliant option, will make sure it's added there.
