Hello
I'm having trouble attaching a file via webmail. Note that the problem is only with a client, the rest are ordinary.
I checked with my support procedures:
http://www.afterlogic.com/wiki/Administration_settings_disappeared_/_are_not_saved._Why%3F_(Linux/Apache_only)
And:
http://www.afterlogic.com/wiki/Error_while_attaching_files_to_new_message._Please_advise.
Strange that it is only with a customer, what do you recommend?
Thank you.

Does this happen for any attachments (even those of few Kbytes in size) or only for large ones?
If that's the former, the problem is probably about permissions, make sure data/temp subdirectory of WebMail is writable for webserver.

Igor.
In all types of attachments, tried to attach a pdf 250kb and only gives error.
Strange that the problem is only on one domain on my server.
What can it be?
Thanks!

My suggestion stands then, it's probably the permissions. Aside from data/temp dir of WebMail, that might be PHP configuration value upload_tmp_dir.
