I tryed to install webmail lite, but the installer produces only a http 500 error. No entries in apache error.log....
Tryed to change php error_reporting, but nothing changes...
Any ideas?

I don't think so, without relevant log entries at least. Make sure you configure your PHP environment so that errors are either logged or displayed. To test if that works, create a small PHP script with deliberate code errors, and run it.
