Hi,
I just upgraded to the latest version of Webmail Lite and have been trying to learn how to set option via the settings.xml file that replaced the options in the Admin panel. I am currently having a problem with setting it up to create a new account when the user logs in if the account doesn't exist already. I have set the <LoginFormType> parameter to Login and set my domain as the Default Domain Value. Whenever a user without a webmail account tries to login instead of creating a new account it says "The username or password you entered is incorrect." How do I configure this feature in the new version of Webmail Lite?

In terms of your POP3/IMAP server, is username used as mail server login, or it's the complete email address? Depending on this, you need to make sure UseLoginAsEmailAddress is set to Off or On, respectively.
For testing purposes, you might want to set LoginFormType to Email temporarily, and see if login itself works fine. And if it still doesn't work, check the logs to see what response is returned by mail server.
