Greetings,
I started using your wonderful application, and after i installed it " using your installing instructions ", and after login to the adminpanel, i just cant simply find the WebMail tab that i can add my email users with it.
it just looked like this.
did i missed something ?

Adding users through adminpanel isn't required. Assuming you have supplied correct IMAP/POP3 server details, users can log in right away using credentials of their email accounts.
