Open/download attachment always interrupted/stopped at about 1 minute, resulting corrupt file, what cause this ? the file itselft is perfect, no problem if download from cpanel native mail (squirrelmail, horde, roundcube etc.)

i have try increase max_execution_time to 1800 without success.
