PHP Version.
I enter a name and email address in settings/email address and it stays for the current session but after logging out and logging in again it has reverted to what was there originally.

Is my understanding correct that you're attempting to modify email address? Most probably, it won't work as you expect it to, and we're going to remove this option on future versions. As for saving "Friendly name", doesn't it work for any account at all, or just with one you modified email address for? Also, be sure to check if other settings like skin, language etc. can be saved and changes apply through multiple sessions.

My situation is probably a bit atypical in that my hosting service uses mailboxes. So rather than logging in with my actual email address I need to enter the mailbox name. I've added the domain to the settings and changed the login type. This much works and receiving mail is all fine however the address from which mail gets sent, taken from the login details, is not actually my email address. So yes, I'm trying to modify email address for that reason.
Re other settings - If I just change the skin this gets remembered. However if I change the skin and change the email address then both settings are lost after logging out.
Thanks for your help. It's a great product, so much faster than other webmail clients I have used.
