Hello,
We have been using Webmail Lite (windows) successfully for a good while now. Lately we have been having problems sending mail to certain domains... at least they claim they are not getting them. Is there a way to turn on more detailed logging to diagnose or document this, or are the only options logging on and logging off?

Thanks for your help.

Assuming this is about ASP.NET version, it offers two types of debug logging, you might want to check both. Detailed info on this is found here. But actually, yes, it's only about turning logs on/off.

Igor, thanks for your response. Yes, we are using the ASP.NET version. If I'm reading the results of these changes correctly though, these logs here are just keeping track of the communication between the WebMail interface and the SMTP server. What we were hoping for was more details on the process between the SMTP server and the external SMTP server. Just pulling a guesstimate out of the air, say 98% of our emails are sent and received correctly. Is there some way to get more information on why the remaining 2% fail?

Thanks again,
Andy

The only reliable way to track that is to process bounce messages which come to mailbox upon failed send attempt. In case if message was accepted for delivery by your SMTP server, this is the point where WebMail's job end and there will be no errors in WebMail logs.
