Hello,
When I try to install the webmail, I get this error:
root @ www [~ / programs / webmail / webmail-panel-installer] #. / installer-t-lite to install
Selected platform: cPanel
Init platform ... DONE!
Executing action install ... Downloading webmail package-lite-php.zip

is there some other way to download this file?

Indeed, incorrect download URL is specified in the installer, we'll have it fixed shortly. You can supply correct package URL:
http://www.afterlogic.com/download/webmail_php.zip
in functions file, line 46.

Now we've made a bit of reconfiguration, so modifying the installer is no longer necessary, both the URLs are working OK.
