When I delete a message, I get this message box:
Message(s) can't be moved to Trash. Most likely your message box is full. Should this unmoved message(s) be deleted?
I have changed the default Trash folder to be my already existing trash folder.
Any work around this?

You may want to enable webmail log and examine the log messages. Maybe, the log will help you understand what's going on there.
