Are there the following features:

1. loading of multiple attachments at once?
//i.e. SWFUpload based

2. downloading of all attachments in one file?
//i.e. zip or rar archive

Yes, that's supported in v5 of WebMail Lite.

I can't do that. I can't pick up several files in the dialog window at once, just one.
Where can this function (multiple upload) be activated?

I don't think this requires activation of any kind, but the feature is rather browser-specific. If I remember this correctly, this wouldn't work in Internet Explorer but works in Firefox and Chrome.
