Try it in another browser in case you have advert removal running in Firefox.

The attachment button displays ok here in IE, FF and Chrome.

The screen has to be above a certain size though, can you scroll down in FF?

Just noticed the attachment button is Flash, have you installed Flash?

Would like to add to the above, entirely correct message from AndyD: there's a way to disable Flash uploader and revert to simple HTML-based one. To get detailed info on this, please let us know whether you run ASP.NET or PHP version, we'll need the version number as well.

Hello

I have the same problem, using .Net version 5.1.4 and I would like to permanently disable flash detection.

Please can you supply details?

Many thanks

Mark.

Open flash-detect.ascx file and locate the following code at the end:

Code:
<script type="text/javascript">
     // flashInstalled = FLASH_NOT_INSTALLED;
</script>

Remove those "//" characters and save changes.

Hope this helps!
