I'm not sure I understand this one. Are you using MailBee Message Queue? And if yes, are you using SubmitToPickupFolder method to submit EML files into MMQ pickup folder?

I used MailBee Message Queue and SubmitToPickupFolder also used as a method.
When I send two mails for same user to check for time delay only one mail delivers and the other one stored in the MMQ files stating that "Messages waiting to be sent".
I gave the interval as 90 seconds. what else i can do for testing the interval. Please suggest me.

Are you saying that the 2nd mail is never sent out, even after 90 sec interval?

Now I am trying to send to 6 users having interval = 600 seconds, sends per second =1
sends per session =1 timeout = 30
Max No of threads = 1
the messages are delivered to 6 users at the same time and showing messages waiting to be sent also 6 in main tab.

As per this forum thread, you're using Send method along with MMQ, which is not required and brings additional confusion into the process.
