SMIME class in decrypt requires a an array of CertificateStore. I know where the .cert is that can decrypt, how do I get it into an array of Certificate Store?

We suggest to add your certificate to Personal certificate store of Windows. To do this, open Internet Explorer and navigate to Tools > Internet Options > Content > Certificates. Once there, add your certificate. Be sure to specify CertificateStore.Personal as described here.
