Hello everyone!
On my smartphone, I unintentionally moved from the webmail pro mobile interface to the full/desktop version. How am I supposed to want to go back to the mobile interface?

There should be "Mobile version" link displayed next to "Settings" in such a case, you may need to scroll away to see it:
Alternately, you can add ?mobile to the installation URL as mentioned here.
