I am running it under docker under WD My cloud EX2 Ultra and nginx is giving error for js files starts with vendor~xxxx

How we can rename vendor vendors~OpenPgpFilesWebclient.app.28c92241c1d3fa9b090e.min.js so just OpenPgpFilesWebclient.app.28c92241c1d3fa9b090e.min.js and vendors~ is creating problem.

Not sure how that's possible, did you try building Docker image from GitHub source, is the issue still there in such a case?

I've checked this with the developers, they confirm the package indeed contains a few files with "vendors~" in their name there, and that's by-design.
