Hello,

When activating 2FA backup codes, the file is generated without codes (Also nothing added to database). How to fix it?

Are you saying the file is completely empty, or it still has some content in it, just not the codes?

Also, are the codes actually displayed in the popup and in the Print mode? Assuming they're displayed and you close the popup and open it again, are you getting the same codes as the last time or those are different?

One last thing, if you check debug logs, do you get any errors there?

I did not seen the codes neither in the pop nor in print mode : It seems that they are not generated as nothing is written in database

I will ckeck debug logs

OK, and be sure to try using "Get new code" tool. Also, checking PHP/webserver logs may be needed, if WebMail debug logs don't show any relevant info.
