We are using
https://mail.wo.cn/
China Unicom’s mailbox is not supported
Prompt the above error message and cannot be processed

Can you post debug log reflecting the context of the error?
Debug logging as main troubleshooting measure
Alternately, you can provide us with a test account via HelpDesk so we could look into it. We'll need email/password as well as IMAP/SMTP server connection details. Thanks.
