Potential List of HTTP Verbs you may need to allow for the CalDav side to work:
GET,HEAD,POST,DEBUG,PUT,DELETE,PATCH,OPTIONS,PROPFIND,COPY,LOCK,MKCOL,MOVE,PROPPATCH,UNLOCK,TRACE,REPORT
If any of these are unneeded feel free to say but I am posting these here as this is the setup that finally got my client working to sync from the server.

Per our understanding, the list of verbs used is:
OPTIONS,GET,HEAD,DELETE,PROPFIND,PUT,PROPPATCH,COPY,MOVE,MKCOL,REPORT
But, just in case this might help others, we've included your list at Configuring DAV server documentation page.
