Hi,

I have installed aurora files to check requirements we need.
But file sharing in firefox doesn't work. In chrome it works correctly.
Does anyone else have this problem?

Please describe the issue in more detail. What exactly doesn't work? Are you getting any error messages?

Hi Igor,

When I press the save button, the button is disabled and the popup does not disappear, it stays open indefinitely.

There is only an error in console "fCallback is not defined" from FilesSharePopup.js

Same error in internet explorer. In Chrome and edge work fine.

Did you install the product from ZIP package available here?

Does the same issue occur for you at Aurora Files Live Demo?

We have installed by following the steps in https://afterlogic.com/docs/aurora-files/installation/installing-on-debian-ubuntu-linux

Ubuntu in this case.

The version is 8.3.16-build-o99

Understood. Current version is 8.5.1, try upgrading to it and see if that helps.

Same problem in 8.5.1.

I have seen that in FilesSharePopup, bHasSubscriber is false in firefox and true in chrome...
